Chronicle of a reconstruction through words, the body, music and even humor. MEMM – in the Bad Place at the Bad Moment, is a fragment of the life of Alice Barraud, acrobat-acrobat seriously injured in the arm on November 13, 2015. This show on the edge, between strength and fragility, laughter and tears, broken body and body performer takes us by the hand to tell us about Alice's singular ascent towards the light.
Discreet and protective, Raphaël de Pressigny (musician of the group Feu! Chatterton) accompanies with his instruments each stage of Alice's reconstruction and her reconquest of a body which sometimes slips away.
The tender and moving duo takes on the immense challenge of faithfully retracing the post-traumatic experience, without ever letting pathos take center stage.
Artists transform horror and fear into dazzling paintings, and oppose obscurantism with the light of creation.
