  • For its 40th edition, Banlieues Bleues is pulling out all the stops by inviting Hamid Drake, the emblematic Chicago drummer who has played with the greatest in free jazz.

  • With this concert, he joins a group of artists to present a tribute to Alice Coltrane, African-American activist, pianist and cosmic organist, godmother of spiritual jazz. The drummer returns to Houdremont 30 years after his very first appearance in France, which took place in La Courneuve!
