Like his father, a reggae pioneer, and several of his brothers and sisters before him, Julian Marley has pursued a musical career, becoming a leading figure in the reggae world as a singer, songwriter, producer and collaborator. From an early age, he played several instruments (guitar, bass, drums and keyboards) and began playing with his brothers in the group Ghetto Youths Crew before releasing his first solo album ‘Lion in the Morning’ in 1996.
He has been nominated for several Grammy Awards, firstly for his album ‘Awake’ in 2009, and more recently for his latest, ‘Colors of Royal’, released in 2023 in collaboration with producer Antaeus. He went on to win the Grammy for Best Reggae Album in 2024.

    - Romain Virgo
Romain Virgo discovered his talent in the parish in his little district of Stepney. Every Saturday they would record themselves on cassettes and play them the next day in church. Buoyed by the support of his community, he has now become a true raggae star, Romain Virgo is one of the most prominent crooners in the genre. With four albums to his name, his latest, ‘The Gentle Man’, released earlier this year, is one of his most memorable projects to date.
